Blast off to Branson

I am really looking forward to vacation. My dad arranged for us to spend a few nights at the Grand Country hotel in Branson. It has a waterpark, minigolf, bowling, shows, buffet, and shops all at the hotel. We also get to go to Silver Dollar City! I couldn't be more excited even if I was going back to Florida. (I love the beach.) Thanks, Dad! He knows that we need a big pick-me-up with me losing my job and hopefully, Mom and Dad will join us! Mark suggested that we take the Titanic tour. Levi will love that. He loves the movie and reading about it all. He's been enthralled (and scared) since he was little after he first watched the movie......"I'll never let go...I'll never let go....LOL

I love my kids. God really has blessed me with WONDERFUL, SMART, HONEST, LOVING, GOOD kids. Did I mention that they're really cute, too?

My friend, Britt, is pregnant with her third child right now. I remember being pregnant. It was wonderful, but scary. I remember wondering what sex they would be, if they would be healthy, would my children be smart, would they have friends, what their personalities would be like, and more. Would their hair be curly or straight, what color will their eyes be, would they have long toes like me? God unveiled his surprises to me and what a gift! They are perfect in my eyes. They are exactly what I didn't realize was perfect....if that makes sense. They surprise me more and more each day with their sensitivities, athletic abilities, intelligence, and ever growing personalities. They are so funny and make me laugh so hard. They also frustrate me, don't get me wrong....but I realize that I have to continue to mold them into good christian citizens despite the evil influences that seem to prevail all around us.

God is good. Life is good. Today is good.
